Githuber-md didn't work with qTranslate-X

Describe the bug

I use the extension qTranslate-X to propose my Wordpress blog on two different languages.

I would also want to use this extension to have markdown capability but this extension didn't work with qTranslate-X: switching language didn't work, the markdown is always the same for both languages

Server environment

• WordPress version: 6.7.1
• WP Githuber MD plugin version: 1.16.2
• PHP version: 8 (not sure)

User environment

• OS: Ubuntu
• Browser: Chrome
