When I went through your instructions it first didn't work out because I was downloading the docker image for the amd64 but wanted the arm version for my Raspberry Pi. This because I went from the standpoint that the pihole is mainly used on Raspberry Pis and in your first paragraph you talk about 'Built for both Raspberry Pi and AMD64.'. But later you explain everything in a different order, AMD64 and then for Raspberry Pi.
Therefore I would suggest that you correct the order to ease the workflow. E.g. you could change the order in PULL THE RIGHT TAG! that first you are talking about the Raspberry Pi and then about AMD64. In addition you would need to update 'Usage' part, that the run command pulls the correct ARM image testdasi/pihole-dot-doh:stable-rpi4.
