Is it me or the Daily Quests from the game is glitched?

After Some Digging, yes my daily quests is locked somehow and now I can't complete it (it doesn't let me do the quests). The "Complete Daily Quests" is not the fix also.

Edit: A little more digging, mine is bugged with Anxious Angler's Quest (Where you need to play music). Was it new that they added in or an old quest? He's the only one who I can't interact with (At Aviary Village)

Note: I tried to restart, revisited the shrine, tried complete the Angler quest (which I could interact with but doesn't complete the quest, other quests couldn't also be completed)

Edit 2: It just worked, Here my prediction:

1. Restart the DEVICE
2. Get a place that have better WIFI
3. Just Pray that the devs fixed it (I search for the Angler's quest which this is apparently new)
