The front-end needs a graphical update!
At present, the project uses tailwind and tailwind alone for styling.

It's not the worst looking, but could use a lot of improvement.

Color scheme, buttons, consistency should be updated to a more modern look and feel
Each screen needs to be tested, to ensure it is mobile friendly
Some screens should be simplified even more, to make guiding the user through the survey/tool easier
