Adding more options/statistics--allow users to self-identify as LGBTQ+ in the My info.js page of the interactive tool.

MyInfo.js will need to be modified to take and post the data to the server, in a fashion similar to age. Additionally, the backend schema will need to be updated to accept the new survey POST format.
