Change command syntax as necessary to eliminate need for prompting #73

Mike, will analyze the multi-step multi-prompted commands, such as SEEK and TRADE and any others. And break them into separate subcommand that do not need to prompt, but allows multi-step execution. For example, TRADE, (begin/start) TRADE RELAX, …, TRADE END.

Write up spec for command consistency. For example, any command issued without command line arguments will produce associated help text that describes the command syntax and then return to command level without further action.
