Delete or Archive Repository

The changes introduced in this repository no longer applies in Theia as of 0.15.0 since vscode theming support was introduced.

If one would like to include themes they can do the following:

• use existing vscode themes directly in Theia as a plugin
• create a custom vscode theme and add it as a plugin

Yes, let's archive it for now. Can you please add a note in the README about the reason for archiving, maybe pointing to this issue? Then I'll proceed. After a while we can eventually remove the repo.
