It is too simple to generate demo content using the \Kordy\Ticketit\Seeds\TicketitTableSeeder class:

Demo agents accounts
Demo users accounts
Demo categories, statuses, and priorities
Demo tickets

Using the artisan command to generate demo with default options:

php artisan db:seed --class="Kordy\Ticketit\Seeds\TicketitTableSeeder"
