Add geo-link bookmark

It's very annoying when you want to save/bookmark a location and can´t.

Describe the solution you'd like
Similar to #1966 - add a Geo-location link-recognition for openstreetmaps.

So when I add a 'Bike shop https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/3422100399' simple goal, the goal icon would be a Geo-icon (little balloon) and instead of 'going into´ the goal, when I click on it, the link opens.
