Input masks

We need to be able to apply input masks to input fields so that we can do things like automatically format phone number inputs into the proper format for phone numbers or format currency values appropriately as the user enters it.

From EJ: Yes - can it default to adding the .00 if the number is a whole number? (i.e., formatted as currency)?
