oh lawd

Currently this package only works with pictures of whole pies. Who can resist taking a bite before taking a picture?! Need to design a way to handle missing wedges. At some point enough wedges will be missing such that the hough_circle method will break down as the pie no longer resembles a circle, but we can probably cover cases where up to 3/8 are missing.
