BitBucket: with multi-file sync, pulling tokens orders your sets in alphabetical order #3225

Describe the bug
When using multi file sync on BitBucket, when you pull your tokens, all the sets are reordered alphabetically.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Push tokens with multiple sets to bitbucket (not in alphabetical order)
Pull tokens again
See that the order is changed to alphabetically

Expected behavior
Expect to retain the order as the sets are created in.

Note
This is NOT an issue when syncing to a single json file.
