Studio sdk issues

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Setup Studio sync on the plugin
2. Add an empty theme group(without an option)
3. Pull from the plugin
4. It will not show up the empty theme Group
5. Also, token/theme changes on the plugin weren't being synced back to the studio app
