This collection is not in the index for some reason https://toncenter.com/api/v3/nft/collections?collection_address=0%3A2BBAA3B4F5B366A9E0D97D23A106E78330BC2CA8862BEF5AAB42F2974FDCCE84&limit=10&offset=0 .
There is no such collection in the database either.
