Since spartan3 is supported I thing with model will be supported too. Model/variant are usually added only when someone has tested it.

Thanks a lot for the support @trabucayre , I added it to part.h and now is working. But I am not able to load a .msc file into it (Attached picture). Any hint to advance on it? I am doing something wrong?

With the spartan3 I have the flash is a dedicated device with a JTAG access. Is your board is publicly available (to have access to the schematic)?
