I have see many layout issues in index page

Navbar is not user friendly and there have layout issues

That layout also have issue. it not align correctly and html tags not working correctly because inside that code previous developers have used many CSS libraries . because of that CSS crashed

contact section and footer also have issues

I have fix this issues and i have make PR for that issues. kindly assign this issue for me
