Refactoring: Double Footer on the Home Page Is not appropriate

Problem Description
The footer on the Home Page is double which is degrading the user experience and it is more important to remove either of the footer and the enhancement of the existing footer to improve the user experience.

OS: Windows 10 Home Single
Search Engine: Google Chrome
Version: 130.0.6723.70 (64-bit)

Either of the footer will be removed and the existing footer will be enhanced.
