Describe the package

Similar to how Bazzite has it pre-installed and a ujust command to setup and configure it.

Update

Waydroid package is under 200MB. I think this is worth it. We could simply take what Bazzite is doing by having the package preinstalled and having a ujust script for configuration.

Looking at how Bazzite does it... It's a little more than adding the package and a ujust command to configure it. 😭
