Show manually graded questions in output from otter assign -v

When I run otter assign -v, it doesn't seem like manually graded questions are included in the output. In an assignment with many manually graded questions (about 35 points in total), I still only see the autograded questions in the console output (total and individual):

I think it would be helpful to see how much the manual questions are worth, both in total and for each question. To avoid confusing manual with autograded questions if they are all listed one by one, there could be an additional column to indicate if the question is manual (or just have an (m) appended to the question name in the console output).
