I wonder whether you could add the state/province level information to rawReport.csv, or a separate file? It would be helpful to see different patterns within countries, not just between countries.
The CSSEGISandData time series data were divided into three separate files - time_series_19-covid-Confirmed.csv, time_series_19-covid-Deaths.csv, time_series_19-covid-Recovered.csv. You don't necessarily need three separate files for this either. Now that they stopped updating recovered cases for all countries due to a lack of data from the US, your data will be extremely useful to many of us.

Please don't. Or if it gets done, please do it separately. Adding subdivisions will only mess things up.
I'm okay with only top level ISO coded countries.

Actually i have a plan for state level, but i didn't find reliable source yet for state level. but i am looking, if i find, i'll add. I'll keep open this issue for future discussion.
