Add special rules for weekdays

I think it would be useful if there was an option with special rules (maybe configurable), e.g. 1th sonday in month.

It could be rules that override the default ones.

In this example you might want to define a rule that occurs first sunday in month - maybe every month or specific month like in KS.Umbraco7.Calendar.

I think it offer some features that might be useful to re-use or re-define in the OpeningHours package.

While this would be a nice feature, I'll think we'll start out simple to get the first stable release out the door, and then get back to this at a later time ;)
