Based on package metadata update ruff config with import isort and then run on locally mounted codebase through cli.

  1. establish ruff config needed for python projects programmatically along with isort config. remove isort dependency.
  2. externalise ruff config in a way easy for docker compose too.
  3. run the command through cli on local codebase.
  4. Pass on local path to next activity,.
