Investigate any performance issues/lag in the initial version.

Remove usages of Vector in favor of Array e.g see Vector.apply is much slower than Array.apply in browsers scala-js/scala-js#4752
Remove usage of .split on the system view to avoid redrawing all the systems on the map every time position moves
Improve the efficiency of the selected system signature view rendering
