Requirements Gathering:

Option to launch into this flow from either the redo submission / main flow ( on photo submission page )
Option to skip straight to submitting the photo ?
Step for each part of instruction
Progress view on top for which step you are on ( mui stepper ? )
Timer to tell you when you can submit the picture #413
Adapt translations so that each step can be shown separately
