Update to Patient Profile View

include:
progress, adherence, symptoms
patient details card, add/view notes, appointments

hook everything up with router --> no need to have a mobile specific view for this

• Detail and progress card refinement.
• Progress card: make 2 separate areas, one for the demographic information and one for the progress information
• Standardize typography
• Add back button to navigate back
• Standardize card elevation
• Clean up notes section --> new design + flow, ex: Blue 'note' label, title over body. similar to appt, preview a few
• Connect timeline with future / upcoming. or at least bring them closer.
• Update appointment logic.
• update notes with comments, don't allow user to make changes directly.
• add how they're doing to adherence card. make sure to distinguish between yes, no, and missed.
• possibly integrate appointment info to calendar.
• have agnes + team input on what they want. ask what they're using most often to prioritize. how much time is really spent on the patient profile??
• make sure symptom lists all
