Issue from Sarah - She said that she was prompted over and over again by pwa update popover. Her only option was to hit 'X', logout, and retry. Looks like there is currently no error handling so I want to implement something. Looks like the current popover code could be refined too. I'm looking into best practices right now. Details and actionables to come soon
