Notes from Sarah and Agnes - Sarah pointed out the fact that practitioners are probably not going into the patient profile very often. Her theory: They are most likely checking patients off on the homepage and thats probably it. We went to Agnes to ask her what the flow is really like and she said:

• moving / removing reporting summary
• lazy load DOM elements upon opening the patient's card
• support request data and symptoms date
• make sure everything fits in page without scroll
• look into how symptoms are being saved? is everything still captured?
