This is example content of SDX file. You can remove dfc=1 and add sdm=0:

That seems to have limitations, though. In the linked order, the Windows 10 downloads are directly from Microsoft, while everything else are still SDCs (served from Azure). Further, they're still spanned SDCs, so downloading from the link as is will not get you all parts.
