I'm having a hard time finding cases where the Transfer Type is accessible but not already used to configure defaults. Is this one fixed?

This sounds like a request, not a bug. I'm not sure about the specifics, but maybe @bhaugen remembers? But anyhow, unless a current user says there is a problem, I would just close this.
