Do I need to restart Spectabis everytime I want to change GSdx settings for each separate game? #64

It's self explanatory. So for example when I wanted to change the GSdx settings for title A after I finished setting for title B, the one that got opened was the settings for title B. So I had to restart Spectabis everytime I want to configure the settings for each separate title. Is this something that was intentional or is this an actual bug?
