Allow custom Yuzu mod folder #49
Comments
I'm not sure to understand, Yuzu has 2 directories, one with nand system, mod etc and one with the exe. Actually, if the Yuzu folder that contains mod isn't found it ask you for a directory and reuse it later. |
I second this request. I have a non-default Yuzu folder, which is something Yuzu supports, and the mod manager cannot work because of that. |
Can you share that please ? The path of the yuzu folder with the mods and the exe. Because I already support having a standalone yuzu, the mod path is still the default one. I don't even need the exe |
Have you tried the instruction here https://github.com/vasilvestre/totk-mod-manager-for-switch-emulators#how-to-setup-the-path ? |
#56 may fix the issue, it was due to unresolved security. |
I'm now getting an error with "path not on the configured scope" |
And you should be able to select the folder again, when this error happens the app goes back to the state of selection |
Nothing happens, and I cannot click... |
Sorry, you have to use the button "Clear config" >_< 20230609_123158.mp4 |
I see, I thought that was some kind of debugger button (VS code syndrome), I thought and option like that would be under "settings" or something. But it does indeed work! |
Thank you I didn't thinked that way as I do not have options so far.. I may change it a bit sooner :) |
I have my mods folder on a different drive than the c drive. Could you have it read what directory is custom set for mods from yuzu's config file or allow us to choose which folder?
