[Feature Request] - Full Synchronisation command

Description

One of my favourite features of WinSCP was the ability to 'sync' local -> remote. This would do the following:

• Compare the current local directory to the remote, checking for any new, changed, or deleted files.
• Show the user a list of files to be transferred to, or deleted from, the remote, with tickboxes against each file.
• Make any changes.

Note that this is different to the current synchronisation feature, which watches a directory for changes.

Changes

• A function to perform a full synchronisation (or another term which doesn't collide with the existing sync feature) on the current local / remote directories.
• An added option to the existing sync feature, which offers to perform a full sync when watching a directory for changes.
