User story

The gridlight script currently consists of two parts: nightlight analysis and grid prediction. Sometimes only the nightlight analysis is used exclusively.

Acceptance criteria

  • Split script into 2 components; nightlight analysis and grid prediction
  • Use Workflow to orchestrate the execution flow
  • should be possible to start from target prediction.
  • Add integration tests
