There are currently no plans to support anything else other than Apple Music.
PS: I was under the impression that foobar2000 probably has an 'exclusive' mode that allows for the sample rate switching behaviour out of the box. Was I mistaken?
Hi Vincent, I think if there were a general interface/input to your software through which the sampling rate and the bitrate could be communicated that would help a lot of people. In this case, people could write their script to communicate between your code and their player. Would this be hard to implement?
I would be interested in support for a web-based player, emby, and this would solve all my problems. I could modify your code to communicate with the emby API but then that would work only for me and not for others.
With Foobar2000 having matured on macOS and having a SDK and documentation available, could support be made possible?
Best regards
