It seems like there are HQ/LQ MP4 recordings for the 2011 congress on the CDN: https://ftp.fau.de/cdn.media.ccc.de/congress/2011/mp4-h264-HQ/

But I don't see these listed on the website. The API also doesn't know about them: https://api.media.ccc.de/public/events/import-006ecab1019284581b
