Get an option to follow a "word" or "hashtag" to follow an occurrence on Twitter

Example: A storm who turn off all the eletricity in Braga.
Tweets like: "Estou sem luz em Braga :(" using the keyword "Braga" to aggregate all tweets about the occurrence.

An embed like Tweetdeck could be an option.

Probably won't be implemented at this stage, as we still need to get access to the Twitter's Academic/Research API.
