Story

As a user, I want to be able to read all the latest Meteorological Warnings in the correct section.

Description

This task serves to connect to the endpoint and show information of the latest meteo warnings in menu "Meteorological" in the app.
It will open a new page and list all the latest warnings from the most recent to the oldest.
This is just the first step, it will be necessary a proper UI afterwards.
