SSH to Github can fail during final step. #16

When running the bulid-stage3-image on the builder XU4, I noticed that the ssh-agent and git clone using the deploy key wasn't working correctly.

A simple fix for this would be to add an ssh config entry on the build machine like:

Host github.com
    IdentityFile /root/certs/id_rsa_waggle_aot_config

This is really just a note to add to a one-time setup README, if we want to use it.
