Specifically guide, notes, motion, and utils. Move them to a "docs" folder or "examples" folder and remove any wiring.

Off the top of my head this was

main.wasp routes and pages
operations for the examples

Leave them in a docs or examples folder so they can reference them if they want, otherwise they can manually delete them.
