Auto-deploying to PyPi simplifies maintainer's lives, but it needs gates:

Pass Tests (Basic Testing #2)
Pass Linting (already set-up)
Only on Tags

Travis supports PyPI Deployments already - it's a matter of just doing the config.

Confirmed to be working, not 100% sure we will keep this yet.
