Hey

Is it somehow possible to set the "coordinator dead" callback via KafkaConsumer. The corresponding logs look like:

kafka.coordinator - WARNING - Heartbeat session expired, marking coordinator dead

I didn't find any obvious was of doing this, even by reading the library source code. Any suggestions?
