We need to find an easy way to automatically backup current files and database.
Yes, some files would be in repository, but Wordpress could update itself or plugins.
It would be ideally to maintain the same folder structure as it is now (single root folder per website).

Where do you suggest to backup files to? What is the suggested frequency?
