Hi!

I am currently working on an independent research project, which will (hopefully) get published in the end. The tutorial from you really helped me work with the MIMIC data which I needed for my project. If that project ends up getting published, I would like to publish the code with it so everybody can reproduce the results. That means, that excerpts from your code would be part of that published code (in some modified version). Do I have your permission to do so?

Hi,

That's a good question. We haven't put a licence on the code. I think the best way for us to answer your question would be to put licences on the project. I would suggest:

  • MIT licence for code
  • CC BY 4.0 licence for text

What do others think?

Thanks

Sounds good to me Pete!
