My dashboard Widgets

I don't seem to be able to do anything with the My Widgets link/header in my Dashboard. Does this do anything? How can I use it?

Ok. Found out how to add a widget, but seems you can't
a) remove one
b) link back to the activity it came from

No, this was written in to the specification but wasn't a high enough priority for us to get completed on this phase of development
