A suggestion in the G2G group is to add a report highlighting any inconsistencies between male line declared yDNA haplogroups.
This report would allow an editor to spot possible NPEs in the male lines since biological males pass on relatively stable yDNA to their male offspring.
A problem arises when testing from different companies use slightly different haplogroup representations depending upon the level of testing; therefore, this can only be a general indicator.
I will take a look at this report myself.
