Game is slowing down below the framerate. When checking against a real saturn this doesnt happen.

I had tested on firmware 240316 and it had issues like freezing.
An user on official repository confirms that it was fixed on latest v0.6 firmware.
I still need to re-test by myself.

can you tell me if this is the correct entry to update virtua on. With a global config set like this it runs fine and id like to run it only targetter at this game. thanks
