After I use import on Jetson, the interface appears garbled code, is it because Jetson is an ARM architecture instead of x86

I'm not sure, I don't have an arm setup I can test with (raspberry pi?)

Graffiti just uses Jupyter kernel calls, and the rest of the extension is javascript. If jupyter works on your architecture and you have a python kernel, then Graffiti should work fine. Let me know a way I can reproduce this issue please.
