Coupon is applying but not showing any discounts! #4

I have got a weird problem like the coupon is getting applied but the discount is not showing in the line totals, when checked in the chrome inspect tool the field is hidden via CSS and the coupon value returned is 0.

It was working fine on my local setup but when moved to our staging site I'm encountering this problem.
