Bump Hosted Platform Next.js dependency to >=14.2.21

The hosted UI platform is currently using next 14.1.0.

There are multiple known vulnerabilities for versions <14.2.21. I know most of them aren't relevant, as WorkOS seems to be hosting the platform on Vercel, but are there any plans to update the platform?

We're just hoping to avoid the questions from our customers when doing a security review of our platform and have our own pen test report show a clean bill of health.
