PR 1703 added two flags to control what model line is used for a Metric calculation.

Eventually this needs to be set based on 1) user input or 2) a deduction of what model line to used based upon the set of model lines supported by the EGs present in the report.

Ultimately, this needs better requirements gathering and a proper design.
